Happy April, everyone.
My room is something approaching clean. It is the cleanest it's been at least since Curtis visited, probably cleaner than it was then (since a lot of that "cleaning" was really "stuffing things in drawers so they were out of sight"). I assembled my bookshelf, which was fun. I love putting together furniture. I like hammering in nails and following directions. Now the bookshelf is full of books, and my floor is no longer full of books, and that is as it should be. I took the roses out of the flower arrangement my parents sent me for my birthday and hung them upside down to dry. The rest of the flowers still smell gorgeous. I'm waiting for my laundry to finish drying because my pajamas are in that load of wash. I want to get in bed. I get to sleep in tomorrow.
I know these are short, shallow entries made up of little choppy sentences. It's because I'm tired all the time. I'm assuming it's the mono being relentless. I feel completely fine besides being totally exhausted. I think I've been compensating with extra caffeine, which is probably a bad idea. I'm going to get hooked. I didn't want to get hooked.
Come on, laundry, be done.
U.Va.'s library system rocks. I have nine books checked out right now. They were all either overdue or about to be... the most overdue ones were supposed to be back March 13th. So I went to the library webpage and spent 45 seconds renewing them, and now they're all due May 1st. Being able to renew overdue books from home is just the coolest thing ever. Well, just about.
I'm going to go check on my pajamas. I don't think I can stay awake much longer without getting really cranky.
