I remember, back in early October sometime (I could check, but I won't), writing the "I TALKED TO CURTIS!!!!" entry. I remember dragging myself out of bed after eight hours of lying there in the dark and talking, sitting down at my computer, being blinded by the sudden light from the monitor, and cranking out a few words, mostly obscured by metaphor, about how wonderful it had been to talk to him.

I feel like we just talked for the first time in a long time. And I am really, really glad. I do, indeed, consider myself profoundly hugged.
